Written non-profit auditing, tax and accounting books, articles and manuals

We have written on numerous non-profit auditing, tax and accounting related matters. Specifically, we are:

	the contributing author of Practitioners' Publishing Company's Guide to Audits of Non-Profit Organizations, used by the accounting profession and management of non-profit organizations.
	the co-author of "Trends in Charities Registration and Reporting," CPA Journal, May 1988.
	the co-author of A Manual and Checklists on Accounting Procedures and Internal Controls for Non-Profit Organizations and A Manual and Checklists on Financial Management for Non-Profits Managers prepared in collaboration with the Center for Non-Profit Corporations with funding from the State of New Jersey Department of Human Services, Division of Youth and Family Services.

Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting

We have successfully helped non-profit organizations resolve "questioned costs" with public funding sources and create internal information systems to give management timely and accurate financial information for monitoring, evaluation and planning purposes.

Consulting

We have assisted hundreds of non-profit organizations in developing tailor-made accounting systems as well as preparing accounting manuals which document the policies and procedures of the internal control structure of the organization.
